Rent Deed Secures both Landlord and Tenant

Rent deed is a primary document. The property owner must give due care; it must contain a paragraph explicitly detailing that tenant would solely be responsible if the respective property has been damaged either willfully or accidentally.  Moreover, categorically mentions that damage done could not be taken as ordinary wear and tear.

The landlord reserves exclusive rights to charge damage done to his property, and after examining the damage, the landlord must intimate in writing to the tenant's security deposit or advance rent
